Prices and Shipping Costs
Product prices are expressed in euros and include 21% VAT as established by current regulations. Prices are valid, except for typographical errors. Shipping costs are not part of the price. For shipments to Spain they are free. For other destinations, please contact us.
Delivery Time
As a general rule, orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the day after receipt of payment, provided that this is completed before 12:00 p.m.
Delivery can be agreed at a different location than the buyer's usual location. To do this, please indicate this clearly when placing the order.
If the customer refuses to accept the order once the delivery has been attempted by the transport company, this will entail a charge of €6 to be deducted from the amount to be returned as shipping management costs.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is not correct, the order will be automatically returned and MK-ULTRA will not be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.
Returns and Revocation of the Order
Law 7/1996 of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, gives you the right to revoke the order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and labelling. The return cannot be made if the products have been subjected to any type of inappropriate handling. The costs and expenses incurred by the return will be borne by you. You must always send the product after confirming its feasibility by sending us an email or contacting us in any other way. In no case will returns sent directly with postage paid or partial returns be accepted.
If the product is defective, MK-ULTRA will be responsible for the shipping costs and the replacement of the product, but you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. If there is no stock, MK-ULTRA will refund the amount paid for the product.
